NEW COLLECTION: THE ROW SPRING 2022

There is nothing better than gathering seasonal inspiration throughout the sweltering heat. Here, we have The Row Spring 2022, which, to me, felt like having a big gulp of ice water. Ahhhhhh.

I have never been much of a summer dresser because I love the layers and dimension of seasonal looks. Though an avid minimalist, summer outfits to me are almost too minimal. And, to be honest, that is how I was feeling about The Row as of late. Very much like summer dressing, The Row felt like summer dressing in the way that it was always easy, simple, and not much to be discovered. With summer dressing you always know a good tank top, silk dress, shorts...not much new to be found.

When I saw the Spring 2022 collection, I felt a different vibe from The Row. It feels like they realized their minimalism was almost too minimal and thus created beautiful, dimensional looks. I almost got a hint of Lemaire, which has done layered minimalism beautifully for years. The use of accessories, leather, layers, and shapes were amazing. And, honestly, just a breath of fresh air.
